Within six miles of our hotel premise – Rodeway Inn, is the beautiful and captivating Illinois mountain park. The protected area of the Illinois Mountain Park is co-owned by Scenic Hudson and the Town of Lloyd. The trail offers 500+ acres of landscape, and a total of seven trails for all the activities.  The park is haven for the hikers and runners and is also equally favored for mountain biking for that greater rush of adrenaline. Snow season is when one can enjoy cross country skiing and snowshoeing as well. Not only the hilly terrain, but the trail head, Berean Park offers recreational activities like fishing, picnic spots and swimming in the lake.

The best part perhaps is that like our pet-friendly hotel – Rodeway Inn, the park is dog-friendly too and you should absolutely make a visit at this park for some pawsome time!
